TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. Medi Mart is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
Our goal at Medi Mart is to provide our customers excellent service. Our new Hassle-Free Return Policy is designed to make it easier for our customers to expedite returns.
In order to expedite a return, please contact the Returns Department at: (877) 397-8287 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return merchant authorization number and to obtain the address where to ship your product back. Depending on the product, there are multiple return addresses, so make sure you obtain the correct address for a return! No returns can be processed unless without an RMA number!
New or Unused Product Returns (Excludes All Power Products)
New or unused products can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase without a restocking fee. The following terms and conditions apply:
Customer pays for freight to return the product.
Product should be in the condition it was received, unused, and in the original box and/or packaging, EXCEPT for Bath Safety products. Due to hygiene issues and OSHA Health Protocols the original packaging for Bath Safety Products MUST NOT have been opened in order to return it!
Please do not write anything on packages to be returned including: RMA#’s or addresses
Credit will be given for the product itself, less the original freight.
Used items are not eligible for return and are covered under their respective warranties.
New or Unused Power Product Returns
New or unused power products can be returned Within 15 days from purchase date and a 25% restocking fee will apply. The product still has to be new, unused in its original packaging and in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for Packaging the product to ensure that the product is not damaged during return shipping. Freight charges and the restocking fee will be Deducted from the purchase price before credit is given. Credit is given once the returned product is received and inspected.
Used power product items are not eligible for return and are covered under their respective warranties.
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
Product Damaged in Shipping Policy:
If product is received damaged, the bill of lading for truck shipments or UPS manifest for smaller packages must be marked “Damaged”. By marking the product damaged and contacting Medi Mart immediately upon receipt will significantly reduce the time it takes to receive full credit. Within two (2) days of the original receipt, customer should inspect suspect items and contact Medi Mart’s Returns Department to report the damage. Medi Mart will notify the shipper to arrange for an inspection and pick-up, and process a replacement order. Replacement orders will be billed to the customer’s account and a credit will be issued based on the carriers’ damage report.
Free shipping refers to UPS or FedEx Ground only.
If you prefer an expedited delivery additional charges will apply.
Certain products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, orders with multiple items may qualify for Discounted Shipping Only.
Free ground shipping is available only to the 48 contiguous states.
Purchase orders, CODs and credit lines are not eligible for free shipping since they are not prepaid.
Please make sure that you provide a correct address or you will incur the $5.00 address correction charge from UPS for ground shipments and $10.00 for expedited shipments.
Backordered items will ship separately as soon as the item becomes available. The backordered item will ship at no extra cost.
UPS automatically protects every shipment against loss or damage up to a value of US $100.00. By adding our shipping insurance option, you can request additional protection up to US$50,000.00 per package. We will not hold any responsibility for lost packages if you do not select this option and UPS loses or damages your package.
PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
Medi Mart honors all Manufacturer Warranties. The warranty is covered in the manual that comes with the product. If no warranty information is available on our website, and you need this information before making a purchase, please e-mail us at email@example.com or call us during business hours M-F 10AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time, and Saturday 10AM-3PM. If for any reason there is no warranty information upon receiving your product, please contact the manufacturer directly to obtain warranty information.
Medi Mart reserves the right to require defective products to be returned. Replacement product will be shipped immediately, billed to customer and later credited to customer after the defective product is received.
Cancelled orders containing items that have been ordered in to our warehouse from the manufacturer or vendor or have already been shipped will be subject to our standard return policy. Cancelled orders that have not been shipped may also be subject to restocking fees. Special Order items may not be cancelled once order is processed.
International shoppers are welcome to place orders on our website. Orders do not ship until funds are received and cleared by our Bank. Shipping charges for international orders can be calculated on our website. We use UPS as it is more secure and provides a tracking number. UPS will charge additional taxes and duty fees upon delivery which you will be held responsible for. If your package was insured, we cannot make a claim until 45 days have passed from the ship date. If a claim needs to be filed, orders will not be resent until the claim has been approved. Although we aim to insure all international shipments, we cannot insure shipments to certain countries. In the event that your package gets lost in transit, we will try our best to recover it or resolve it. However, we will not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages that are not insured or approved by insurance and you will be responsible to place a new order. No refunds will be granted if your order gets lost, stolen and/or your insurance claim is denied.
If an insurance claim needs to be filed, orders will not be resent until the claim has been resolved. Although we aim to insure all international shipments, we cannot insure shipments to certain countries *. In the event that your package gets lost in transit, we will try our best to work it to your satisfaction. However, we will not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages that are not insured or approved by our insurance. No refunds will be granted if your order gets lost, stolen and/or your insurance claim is denied.
Orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process. The customer is responsible for all tax, custom and/or tariff charges and any fees associated with delivery. If you refuse the package at customs or you fail to pick up your shipment from the post office and it is returned to us, we will refund the product price you paid, less the shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
